Return/Refund Policy

Because Go Boxery LLC products are custom-made to your specifications, all orders are subject to the following cancellation and return terms.

Order Cancellation

Orders move through four stages:

• • Stage 1 – Order Received: Full refund minus a processing fee of $15 or 5% of the order total, whichever is greater.

• • Stage 2 – Pre-Production: A 20% cancellation fee applies for design and pre-press work completed.

• • Stage 3 – In Production: Cancellation is considered case-by-case. If approved, a 50% cancellation fee applies for materials and production costs.

• • Stage 4 – Shipped: Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to our support team and are only final once confirmed by a Go Boxery LLC team member.
