Tear Strip Boxes

Tear strip packaging makes it easy for consumers to open a box, mailer or pouch without scissors or effort; it is a sanitary way for consumers to open a package. This is done with the help of a small piece of perforated film.

• Ideal for e-commerce orders, subscription packs, and gift boxes, the unboxing experience can have a significant impact on the customer’s overall perception of the brand.
• A range of sizes and materials to fit the product, kraft or SBS paperboard boxes, poly or mylar mailers and pouches, full color and matte or gloss finishes.

The strip also provides a visual clue to the package having been opened or not, at the moment the package is inserted into the system. Use in cosmetics, food and retail, wherever it is in a clean opening, but there is a safe opening.

Printing is available on all other custom packages, too. Include your logo and/or instructions to pull the arrow or open here first to let customers know to first pull the arrow.

Smaller orders are a great way of testing the strip placement and design, prior to committing to larger orders. This will be available as a design competition for wholesale purchases once the design is complete.
